Non-warranty Returns

You may return your purchase within 30 days of the date of shipment for a full refund of the purchase price provided the return conditions in the Terms of Sale are met, such as the product being  unused, in its original packaging, and in its original condition. Shipping charges, import taxes, duties, and any other charges are not eligible for reimbursement.

You are responsible for any costs related to shipping the product back to us. If available, you may opt to receive a prepaid shipping label as part of the return process and have the shipping cost automatically deducted from the total amount refunded.

To initiate a return, please log-in to your account and select Return from the order details page, or contact customer service (customerservice@trudellanimalhealth.com) with your order number and follow the steps provided.

Warranty Returns

If you have a problem with the product or a related question or concern, please contact our Customer Service team so we can help.

Your product limited warranty  lasts for 3 months from the date of shipment, unless otherwise stated on the instructions that come with the specific product. To initiate a warranty claim, please log-in to your account and select Return from the order’s Order Information page, or contact customer service (customerservice@trudellanimalhealth.com) with your order number and the issues you are experiencing.

You may be required to ship the product to us at your own expense for inspection. If we determine that the product is not in compliance with the product limited warranty we will, at our option, either repair or replace the product an no charge to you or issue a refund for the purchase price paid. We will also reimburse you for any shipping charges to send the device for inspection provided it was shipped using the lowest cost shipping method available.
